This 1 Day Course explores the essential communication skills and techniques, including assertiveness training, required by all managers. Through examining the components of communication, delegates learn how to conduct team briefs, counsel others, provide feedback and how to successfully manage the negotiation process. The course is practically based focusing upon the identification, application and development of such techniques.

At the end of the course delegates will be able to:
